These are maximum speeds and speeds may vary depending on various factors. Please contact us if you feel something is out to lunch, however please provide backup. The cable speeds are based on Canadian Shaw Communications services. I have been using the internet for ten years and have personally used, set up, or tried internet services by many different providers. I have a biased view and truly believe that Shaw High-Speed Internet service is in a class of its own and has consistently been shown to be faster than Telus.
